Ship flowers overnight for less

UPS and FedEx overnight rates for florists. The box is long, the product is short-lived, and the service has to be next day.

Flower boxes are an overnight product

Florists shipping overnight are paying for a long box and a next-morning promise. The carton is light and long, which is exactly the shape dimensional weight and additional-handling rules notice. A discount that ignores the length of a flower box is not a floral rate.

The Shipping Savers prices UPS Next Day Air and FedEx Priority Overnight for that box. No contract, no monthly fee, no minimums.

What to send from a flower shop

  • The tendered box length, not the stem length.
  • Whether Saturday delivery is part of the offer. Many floral orders are Friday-for-Saturday.
  • Farm-to-shop freight versus shop-to-customer parcels. They are different bills.
  • The service on the label you buy today, so we do not compare overnight with ground.

A floral invoice

Measure the box you hand the driver. Flower boxes are long. Additional-handling rules care about the long side. A 'standard overnight' quote that ignored length will not match the bill.

Friday-for-Saturday is the floral business in a lot of cities. If Saturday is not on the label, the comparison is for a different product than the one you advertised.

Farm shipments into the shop and shop shipments out to weddings can share a login and should not share an average.

Ground is a regional question. If you only use it inside a same-day driving radius, keep those rows out of the overnight average.

How it works

  1. Send a recent UPS or FedEx invoice, or a shipment export with ZIP codes, service, weight, dimensions and charges.
  2. We compare the same packages and the same service. The price you see is the label price.
  3. If the numbers work, you ship with UPS or FedEx on our account. Our fee is one cent per label, already included. There is no monthly fee and no contract.

What you pay us

The Shipping Savers fee is $0.01 per purchased label. It is already inside the price on the label. We do not add a monthly membership. Carrier charges, residential fees, fuel, delivery-area fees and other accessorials are part of that label price, not a second bill from us. Read the pricing page for the full explanation.

The only published before-and-after figure on this site is one real shipment: a 10 lb UPS Next Day Air package, 10 × 10 × 10 inches, New York to Los Angeles. It was $35.75 before and $16.78 with The Shipping Savers. That is not a rate for your lane. Your price comes from your own file.

Shopify and ShipStation

You can keep the software you already use to take orders. Shopify stays the store. ShipStation can stay the place where the team buys labels. On ShipStation, our Chrome add-on shows the rate next to the order, including when the order uses third-party billing. See discounted rates inside ShipStation and Shopify shipping rates.

Questions

Can flowers go ground?

Sometimes a regional ground lane works. Most gift orders cannot. We price the service you actually sell, which is usually overnight.

Is there a contract, monthly fee, or minimum volume?

No contract, no monthly fee, and no minimums. The only fee from The Shipping Savers is one cent per label, and it is already included in the price you see.

Do the packages still ship with UPS and FedEx?

Yes. The same UPS and FedEx services, drivers, and tracking. What changes is the account the label is priced on.

How do I get a real price?

Send a recent invoice or a shipment export. We price your packages. We do not publish a table of sample lanes, because a lane that is not yours is not your price.

Get a rate on your shipments

Send a work email and, if you have it, a recent UPS or FedEx invoice. We compare your packages. This form does not show a live price.
